After the revitalization, the IT department, the visitor center and the occupational health service DNB will take their place in the building. It is also a requirement that the building will have an energy A-label and will be CO2 neutral. The facade consists of bronze aluminum frames that protrude so far that the façade of the building seems to be changing while passing.
